STUCK IN A RUT?
Life is better when you feel strong and healthy. But exercise can be daunting, dull, painful and lonely and it’s easy to find yourself stuck in a rut.
It doesn’t need to be that way. You don’t need to feel unfit, uncomfortable in your own clothes and anxious about getting older. You shouldn’t be made to feel inadequate when trying to exercise and nobody should have to suffer those start-stop cycles that go nowhere.
