At AKR Fitness we believe that fitness generates life’s energy.

That strength training is for everyone, regardless of age, shape or experience level.

THE PROBLEM

The problem is that exercise can be daunting, dull, painful and lonely. Conventional gyms make you feel bored, self-conscious or inadequate and it’s difficult to know where to start.

It’s easy to find yourself stuck in a rut, feeling unfit, uncomfortable in your own clothes and anxious about getting older.

Nobody should be made to feel like that. And nobody should have to suffer through drastic all-or-nothing cycles that get you nowhere.

We specialise in small-group personal training, delivered by professional coaches in a friendly and supportive environment.

We coach you through every session at a pace and intensity that is right for you. You never need to worry about what to do or if you’re doing it right.
