What's Included in the 30-Day Trial?

Your trial lasts 30 calendar days and includes:

  • An initial 1-2-1 coaching session and optional body composition analysis.
  • Up to 10 small-group personal training sessions.
  • Unlimited access to our class timetable.
  • Access to our Member’s Portal hub of resources, including nutrition support.
  • Access to our private Facebook community and social events.
  • A post-trial review with a coach.

Do I need to be fit?

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some very fit people here, but they all started somewhere. We work with lots of beginners and many people who feel anxious about stepping into a gym.

We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

When does my trial start?

Your trial starts when you have your first group session after your initial Strategy Session. You get to choose when that is.

What if something comes up?

Your trial lasts 30 calendar days. It works best if you have a clear month in which to train. However, if something comes up and stops you from training, we’ll gladly extend your trial for you.

What if I don't like it?

If you don’t have a great experience with us, we’ll gladly refund you the cost of your trial.

What is Small-Group Personal Training (SGPT) anyway?

SGPT is personal training within a group environment.

Your coach will walk you through the exercises. You’ll learn how to train at the right level for you.

It’s personalised and you get the social support and motivation that comes from training alongside people like you.

How do you group people in the sessions?

You simply choose the training time that best fits your life, and you can expect up to 3 other people to be there alongside you in your session.

Although we tend to group people of similar levels together, we individualise our coaching to your level. That means the sessions work well even when we have people who have different goals and training experience. Ultimately, you train at your level and your own pace.

What sort of exercises will I be doing?

Our cutting-edge programmes blend flexibility, strength-training and high-intensity training. The exercises that are tailored to your level by our professional coaches. We also provide opportunities to challenge yourself so that you know for sure that it’s working.

When do the sessions run?

Currently our SGPT schedule looks like this:

  • Mornings: 0615, 0715, 0815, 0915, 1015.
  • Lunchtimes (Mon-Wed-Fri only): 1115, 1215.
  • Evenings: 1615, 1715, 1815, 1915.*
  • Saturdays: 0915, 1015.

*No 1915 session on Fridays.

We also have a class timetable which is included in your membership.

How do I book my sessions?

You’ll have access to our app and online booking system. Once your trial has been set up, you’ll be able to log in and simply book the sessions that best fit your routine.

What sort of classes do you have?

Our classes are designed to complement your SGPT sessions. You’ll have access to extra strength, cardio, high-intensity and stretching sessions. You can check out our class timetable here.

What happens after the 30-Day Trial?

If you’d like to continue with us after your trial, we have memberships that range from £129 – 249 per month depending on how much personal training you would like.

If you choose not to stay, you can take what you’ve learned and walk away. There’ll be no hard sell and no awkward ending.
