Prior to your Strategy Session we’ll send you a short questionnaire to let us know a little bit more about you and your goals.
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. We work with lots of beginners and many people who feel anxious about stepping into a gym.
We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and move forwards at a place that works for you.
It’s a personalised workout, delivered in a group environment.
As such, Small-Group PT offers the best of both worlds. You get the individualised coaching, expertise and guidance associated with personal training and you also get the social support, energy and camaraderie that’s found in group training.
Because it’s personalised, you go at your own pace and work at the level that’s right for you. You do not have to keep up with anyone else.
You simply choose the training time that best fits your life, and you can expect 1-5 other people to be there with you in your session.
Although we tend to group people of similar levels together, we individualise our coaching to your level. That means the sessions work well even when we have people who have different goals and training experience.
Ultimately, you train at your level and your own pace.
On Mondays to Fridays, our small-group PT sessions run at quarter past the hour, every hour from 0615 – 1015 and from 1615 – 2015. On Saturdays it’s 0915 – 1115
On top of this we have a class timetable, and a YogaSunday class, both of which are included in your membership.
You’ll have access to our app and online booking system. Once your trial has been set up, you’ll be able to log in and simply book the sessions that best fit your routine.

Great! Hit the “Sign-up” button and complete the payment form. You’ll then be invited to book your “Strategy Session”.
Your Strategy Session is a 1-1 session with a coach in which we get to know each other a little more. We’ll chat through where you’re at and where you’re looking to get to. Then we’ll walk you through a mini coaching session in the gym which helps us tailor the programme for you and gradually introduces you to the type for exercises we’ll being doing together.
After that, we’ll also show you how to use our booking system and get you set up for your first PT sessions.
Of course we’d love you to continue with us beyond your 30-Day Trial. If you’d like to do that, we will work together to find the right type of membership for you. Our membership prices start at £175 and depend on how much personal training you’d like.
If you’d prefer to take what you’ve learned and continue your progress elsewhere, that’s ok too. There’ll be no hard sell, no on-going payments, nothing to cancel …and no hard feelings!
