Now Book Your Strategy Session!

Your Strategy Session is a 1-1 session in which we’ll get to know one another.  We’ll do a simple movement screen that help us tailor the programme for you and you’ll also have the option to do a body composition analysis if you like.

The session lasts around 60 minutes.  Please book yourself in below.

Choose a day and press search.  You’ll see our availability for seven days from the day you select.  Please note, Strategy Sessions last approximately 60 minutes.

Create your Account

Choose “Create Account” to make a login and password for our booking system.  You will also be asked for some basic contact details.

Confirm Your Appointment

Once your account is created, press “Next” and then “Checkout” to confirm your appointment.  You will receive email confirmation of your booking.

What to Expect…

Your Strategy Session will last around 60 minutes.

1). We’ll spend a few minutes getting to know each other.

2). You’ll have the option to do a body composition analysis using our state of the art InBody machine.

3). We’ll do a simple movement screen and mini workout.  It’s nothing strenuous but you will need clothing suitable for exercising in.

4). Will finish up by getting you booked in for your first session!

We have some free parking right outside our facility.

Alternatively the is on-street pay and display parking nearby on Bank Street and the surrounding area.

How long will the Strategy Session last?

Your Strategy Session will last around 60 minutes.

What do I need to bring?

Bring some comfortable clothing to exercise in, and – if you intend showering afterwards – a towel.

Do you have changing facilities?

We sure do!  We have changing room and lockers.  Locks are provided.  If you wish to shower, please bring your own towel.

What if I'm really unfit?

Then you’re not alone!  We work with lots of people just like you.  We’ll start things really slow and gentle.
